     Customs Clearing 

JDP Freight Services cc offers personalized services to all our clients in customs clearing and delivery of their cargo. We are proud to advise that we are an accredited agent with South African Customs and being fully computerized and this allows us to customs clear cargo speedily and via EDI link with South African Revenue Services (SARS). All our declarations are quality controlled by our tariff team prior to submission.   

Status reports are forwarded and made available to the client at regular intervals, via e-mail or other means of communication, depending on the client's need. The report can keep clients informed from the time of placing the order up to final delivery of the consignment allowing them  to keep track of their shipment throughout the forwarding and clearing process.  

Our flexible computerized costing system  can be tailor made to suit individual client needs. The costing can be forwarded electronically or supplied in hard copy with our invoice and supporting documentation.

         Road Freight forwarding          
JDP Freight Services cc provides driver accompanied, full load and groupage freight forwarding services and door-to-door, at express and economy rate. Road Freight is common for trade from South Africa into Africa and many goods destined for other African countries such as Southern African Customs Union (SACU)’s member states and other Southern African Development Community (SADC)’s member states are imported through South Africa to the country of final destination and most of export from other African countries on the other hand are exported from South African. JDP Freight Services provides for this in a comprehensive services such as Removal in bond (RIB) and Removal in transit (RIT). We ensure that all our associates Road Haulage contractor complies with the customs convention on international transport of goods under cover of TIR carnets Removal in bond (RIB) or Removal in transit (RIT)
